My REFLECTION During OJT And JDVP

My Reflection  The positive learning gains suggest that work immersion enables the students to acquire and develop the skills of teamwork, communication, attendance and punctuality, productivity and resilience, initiative and proactivity, judgment and decision making, dependability and reliability, attitude, and professionalism. My reflection about my previous work immersion, I learned many things that I can surely bring and use someday. One of those things is that, in spite of the many tasks, you have to continue and finish those because it’s your duty that you need to follow and do. I also learned how to socialize with other people. Throughout my learning experience in AFA (Agri-Fesheries And Art's ), I have gained valuable skills and knowledge in Poultry and other skill related to Agriculture.
